2006
On 16/06/2006, Tay Bac Electric Investment and Development Joint Stock Company hereinafter referred to as "Company" was established under the Law on Enterprises and was granted by the Department of Planning and Investment of Son La Province Certificate of Business Registration No. 2403000107 with initial chartered capital of 170 billion dong;
2009
In October 2009, Nam Chien 2 Hydropower Plant generates electricity into the national grid.
2010
April 2010 Nam Cong hydropower plant generates electricity into the National grid.
2010
In May 2010, Nam Suong Hydroelectric Power Plant is connected to the National Grid.
2017
On 2/8/2017, Tay Bac Electric Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was granted the Securities Registration Certificate No. 151/2017 / GCNCP- VSD dated 02/08/2017 by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with the total number of registered shares is 36,254,754 shares.
2018
In 8/2018, the Company increased its chartered capital with total outstanding shares of 40,500,000 with the chartered capital of 405 billion dong.
